Does it matter how long it takes to sell the house? What if the house does not sell? Will I have to pay for Fast Pro Remodel?
First, the seller has to put the house on the listing. Second, every new month that the home stays on the listing without being under contract or sold, the seller has to decrease the house's listing price by 2%. Third, the house can not be taken off the listing until it is sold. Suppose the seller does not accept a listing price offer from a buyer or wishes to withdraw the house from MLS or refuses to sell for any reason. In that case, the seller will be obligated to pay Fast Pro Remodel 100% of the cost for the remodel within 24 hours.
Does Fast Pro Remodel do all the needed work? Is there a limit to the improvement that I can have?

Why should the seller choose Fast Pro Remodel and not just go to big-box retailers?
Our goal is also to sell your house, so we are focused on how to get this done as quickly as possible.
Why do I have to agree to lower my selling price if the house does not sell?
Seller has three options when using Fast Pro Remodel. The seller only has to agree to reduce the listing price if the seller chooses option #3 (see below). We believe that price matters a lot when buying a house. So if the house does not sell, reducing the selling price by 2% each month is the next step. Remember, with option #3, everyone is waiting to get paid, and these are merchants, contractors, sub-contractors, and even helpers, brokers, realtors, and sellers. This is why the house needs to sell for all parties to get paid.

Option# 2 Apply for six months no interest
Option #3 Pay only during the closing day of the house being sold.
Can the seller live in the house while it is on the market?
Yes, although work may disrupt the use and function of the house and may take longer to do the intended remodel. The cost to do the remodel will be approximately 25% higher due to more time needed to complete the project and extra work for moving pieces of furniture and appliances.
